Note: Please understand that these delivery times are estimates. Some orders may arrive faster or slower depending on the recipient's location and the fulfillment center used.
None of our deliveries are subject to import charges, regardless of your country.
Processing Times
We want you to get your items as quickly as possible! Orders take between 1-2 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out.
Where Can I Find My Tracking Number?
When your items are shipped out, you will receive an automatic notification via email providing you with a tracking number.

Delivery
Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local postal service. If you are not home when a delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise you on how and where to collect your parcel.
Unexpected Delays
In some instances, delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking longer to arrive, and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
Failed Delivery
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to reasons attributable to the customer (incorrect shipping address, absence of the recipient) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense. This expense includes shipping costs and any other incurred costs. These amounts will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.
Items Not Received But Tracking Shows Delivered
Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we recommend having your items delivered to a secure address. If your item shows as delivered and you haven’t received it, please contact us at info@calmsleeper.com, and we will do our best to investigate.
