    Refund Policy

    Cancellation Policy

    We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped. If your order is canceled before shipping, you will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, once the product has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.

    Returns

    We accept returns on our products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return request.

    Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    Return Shipping Costs

    Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning an item. There is no restocking fee for returns.

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your item and inform you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within several business days. You may keep all five bonuses, even if you choose to return the product.

    Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven’t received your refund yet:

    1. Check your bank account again.
    2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
    3. Contact your bank; processing times can cause delays in posting refunds.
